Tasks

• Hardware & Software: Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Reparatur von Hard- und Software
• System Engineering: Regelmäßige Kontrolle der Anlagen und Fehlerbehebung
• Support: Analyse, Lösung und Dokumentation von Anwenderproblemen vor Ort
• Kunde Betreuen: Beratung und Umsetzung maßgeschneiderter IT-Lösungen beim Kunden
• Clients Support: Betreuung von Microsoft-basierten Client-Systemen
• Assistance: Durchführung von technischen Anpassungen bei geänderten Anforderungen

Qualification

• Ausbildung: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Erfahrung: Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich
• Tech Knowledge: Erfahrung im Hardware-Rollout sowie Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Servern und Netzwerkhardware
• Zusatzkenntnisse: Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen mit Server-Hardware-Architekturen
• Skillset: Leidenschaft für IT, Lernbereitschaft, pragmatisches Denken und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
