Aufgaben

• Installation and configuration of learning management software (e.g. iServ, MNS Pro, or comparable open-source solutions) in customer environments and integration into network structures
• Administration and security of underlying server landscapes, primarily in Linux as well as Windows environments
• Counseling our customers on necessary system upgrades and planning and implementing these updates independently
• Taking technical requirements and counseling educational institutions regarding performance optimization and scalability of platforms
• Technical support in the context of escalations and troubleshooting for complex system failures

Qualifikation

• You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking (C1/C2 level), to understand complex requirements accurately and convey them in a professional written manner
• You hold a valid car driving license and the willingness to implement projects at our customers' premises
• You have fundamental knowledge of Linux administration (e.g. Debian, Ubuntu) as well as current Windows Server environments
• You have completed a successful IT-oriented training or a comparable study with relevant professional experience
• Ideal would be experience with LMS platforms or the ambition to quickly familiarize yourself with these specialized software solutions
• You listen carefully, grasp the customers' needs and set them into neat technical concepts
• You structure your customer visits and projects independently
• You advise not only, but also sets up the solutions technically on your own
