Tasks

Your Tasks: From Technical Rollout to Architecture Design

You are a highly implementation-oriented "doer" in technical installation and can imagine growing into the role of a strategic consultant who designs tailor-made endpoint architectures for our clients.

• MDM Integration: Installation, configuration, and administration of Mobile Device Management systems in complex customer environments.
• Device Lifecycle: Integration and management of various endpoint device platforms (iOS/iPadOS, macOS, Windows, Android).
• Consulting & Design: (Depending on aptitude) Gathering customer requirements, conducting readiness checks, and conceptualizing and designing future-proof IT infrastructures.
• Platform Linking: Integration of school server solutions and school platforms into the existing MDM landscape.
• Support & Further Development: Accompanying rollout phases, creating documentation, and providing technical support to our end customers.

Qualifications

Your Profile: Endpoint Specialist with a Passion for Diversity

You bring extensive experience in modern workplace management and are interested in actively shaping digital infrastructures (especially in the education and public sector).

Technical Requirements:

• Education: Successfully completed IT-oriented training (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration - IT specialist system integration) or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience.
• MDM Expertise: Good knowledge of JAMF (School, Pro), ideally combined with practical experience in Relution and/or Microsoft Intune.
• School Environments (A Plus): Initial experience with IServ or comparable school network solutions is a great advantage.
• Operating Systems: Confident handling of common client operating systems (Windows, iOS, macOS, Android).

Soft Skills & Personality:

• Flexibility: You enjoy adapting to different customer structures and technological ecosystems.
• Communication Skills: As a consultant, you can convey technical concepts understandably; as a technician, you tackle tasks proactively and solution-oriented.
