Your Tasks

Installation, maintenance and upkeep of the network including network zoning and Network Access Control
Maintenance and upkeep of the server infrastructure and M365
Monitoring of hardware-, software- and network availability
Resolving of hardware-, software- and network communication problems; Locating, isolating and correcting IT disruptions
Participation in IT projects
Creating and maintaining documentation and guidelines
Initiative and participation in continuous improvement of work processes

Your Profile

Completed IT training/education and several years of professional experience in the field of computer science
Good knowledge and experience in network and firewall G
Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems in client- and server-environment, M365
Experience in telecommunications is an advantage
Rapid comprehension ability, flexible and reliable
Pleasure in regular internal customer contact and solution-oriented thinking
Communicative, engaged and resilient personality with high social competence
Very good German knowledge / good English knowledge
