IT System Analyst

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a IT System Analyst to join our UniQue team in Brussels.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Perform functional analysis, testing, documentation, and training related to development and operation activities on our IT systems portfolio.
• Work under the responsibility of project managers and in close liaison with business users.
• Apply methodical work approaches and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
• Coordinate closely with the IT team and officials in place while carrying out tasks on existing IT systems.
• Contribute to the evolution of functional scope of systems by leveraging knowledge of state-of-the-art IT solutions and methods.
• Maintain a proactive interest in emerging IT technologies and methodologies to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Hold at least a Bachelor's degree and 15 year's of experience in IT (or Master degree and 11 years of experience).
• Proven experience working on the functional side of IT projects in collaboration with business users, ideally in the legal domain.
• Involvement in tasks such as support, functional testing, IT systems documentation, and training.
• Ability to draft related documents or web pages.
• Skilled in creating video tutorials for end users.
• Proactively engages with business users throughout the entire IT system lifecycle.
• Strong IT background with a clear understanding of what is technically feasible.
• Ability to communicate efficiently with the development team, conveying user feedback and requirements.
• Fluent and effective communication skills are essential for this position.
• Proficiency in English language at a minimum B2 level.
• Proficiency in French languages is considered an asset.
