IT System Analyst - SERVICE DESK (f/m)

Your Responsibilities

• Taking phone calls and emails from stores and HQ regarding technical issues - IT relevant
• Registering incidents in the internal ticketing application IT4You
• Determining the cause of the problem based on information received from users and categorizing it
• Resolving already diagnosed incidents or delegating/escalating to level 2 technical support team or external IT service providers

Your Profile

• Advanced knowledge of hardware equipment (PC, printers, servers, etc.)
• Availability for night shifts and weekend work
• Good English skills
• Availability for internal and external travel
• Driving license category B
