IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

We are AXS, a global ticketing provider for venues, sports clubs, and events.

AXS is responsible, among other things, for ticketing for AEG Presents, the world's leading promoter of tours, festivals, and concerts. Fans of the biggest artists such as Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Kylie Minogue, Katy Perry, and BLACKPINK trust AXS to gain access to concerts or unique experiences like the Coachella Festival or the Hyde Park Festival. AXS is a company of the globally active and independent entertainment group Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc. (AEG), which also operates numerous venues. In Germany, these include the Uber Arena and Uber Eats Music Hall in Berlin, as well as the Barclays Arena in Hamburg.

Tasks

You will monitor and manage our internal systems as well as customer hardware, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your work will be aligned with our national and international IT structures, into which you will also be integrated as needed.

Your tasks

• Become part of the European IT support team, work closely with colleagues in other EU markets, and support them as needed.
• As the technical point of contact for our Client Services Team, you will support them with all questions regarding ticketing equipment in our venues.
• You will manage our central device and MDM system and flexibly adapt device profiles.
• You will maintain an overview of our hardware at all times and keep accurate asset lists.
• You will ensure that our IT systems comply with AXS security standards.
• You will process service desk tickets from Germany – quickly, professionally, and solution-oriented.
• You will install, maintain, and repair AXS equipment at various event locations in Germany.
• You will work closely with the Senior IT Manager Europe and support your team with all IT challenges.

Qualification

Your profile

• You have experience in 2nd-level support and are passionate about IT topics.
• You are very familiar with Windows clients and ideally have initial experience with MacOS.
• You have knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, and virtualization (e.g., Hyper-V).
• Network topics such as IPv4/IPv6, VLANs, and WLAN are familiar to you.
• Experience with Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, or Cisco Meraki is a plus.
• You can manage iOS and Android devices via MDM.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and pay attention to details.
• You communicate clearly and patiently, and can explain technical topics understandably to non-technical people.
• You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, are flexible, and enjoy working with many different contacts.
• You contribute your own ideas, think innovatively, and want to drive things forward.
