Responsibilities

Your Job

• You ensure stable, secure, and performant IT operations
• You manage and further develop infrastructure, servers, and networks
• You analyze malfunctions, find sustainable solutions, and prevent them from recurring
• You proactively monitor systems and initiate improvement measures
• You support your colleagues in second-level support

Furthermore

• you cleanly document processes and configurations
• you independently carry out smaller IT projects
• you advise clients on technical questions and present smart solutions
• you work closely with internal and external partners

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship in IT at the level of EFZ, FA, or HF
• At least 2 years of professional experience in IT system administration
• Good knowledge in the Microsoft world (Windows Server & Client, M365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure)
• Experience in hybrid IT environments with on-premise and Azure approaches rounds off your profile
• You communicate very well in German (Level C1) and can manage with technical English
