IT System Administrator

• Experience in managing IT infrastructure and network
• Good organizational skills, autonomy, and problem-solving orientation
• Communication abilities (you will work with users from multiple locations)

• Windows (desktop + networking)
• Server administration (Windows and Linux)
• Network equipment (Cisco / Ubiquiti)
• Active Directory / GPO
• Hyper-V / virtualization

• Ensure the availability and stability of company applications (ERP, CRM, HCM, DMS etc.), as well as Linux and Windows servers;
• Administer and develop network infrastructure for approximately 500 users;
• Provide support for users, both technically (troubleshooting, connectivity, hardware/software) and operationally (assistance in using internal applications, operational support);
• Manage IT equipment: inventory, maintenance, installation, configuration, replacement;
• Administer and monitor equipment and services such as:
• Cisco / Ubiquiti;
• Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technologies;
• Office 365;
• Hyper-V;
• Cloud solutions;
• Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases.
