We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide assistance to users, respecting ITIL processes. You will manage incidents and requests through email, phone, and remote, recording them in the ticketing system and ensuring they are resolved according to SLAs.

Experience in IT support, preferably in ITIL.
Knowledge of ITIL processes.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support.Informații suplimentare:

Respect for SLAs and user satisfaction are essential.Level of English should be medium.

Job Description

Incident registration and resolution according to SLAs.
Escalation of incidents, if necessary, and tracking of resolution.
Processing of support requests, questions, and user activities.
Providing phone, email, and remote support.
Updating and tracking tickets in the system.
Respect for SLAs and ensuring rapid solution.
