IT System Administrator (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Prioritization of support requests (1st Level, 2nd Level)
• Installation, configuration and administration of clients (PCs, terminals, notebooks, mobile devices, printers, telephones etc.)
• Administration of Windows/Linux servers, MSO365, Azure, mail, terminal server, AD, DNS, DHCP
• Operation of virtual servers based on VMware including backups using Veeam
• Administration of IT security systems like firewall and endpoint protection
• Participation in IT projects
• Interface to managed services providers for IT services

Qualification

• Degree in computer science or completed training as a specialist in system integration or equivalent training
• Practical experience in administering Windows operating systems (servers and clients)
• Knowledge of administering AD and Microsoft Entra-ID
• Experience with virtualization solutions (Vmware, containers, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with networks and firewalls
• Automation using Ansible and PowerShell
• Outstanding service orientation and a structured work approach
• ITIL – Certification (Foundation)
• Ongoing willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
