Aufgaben

• You plan, implement, and maintain the IT infrastructure of aconnic and NewTal and ensure availability and performance of systems.
• You manage Microsoft- and Linux-servers as well as virtualization environments with VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox and ensure a stable and high-performance IT landscape.
• You manage our network infrastructure with Fortinet Firewalls and HPE Switches, configure routing and VLANs, and optimize security and performance.
• You administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other domain services and ensure seamless integration.
• You plan and execute updates and patches and ensure stability, security, and up-to-dateness of our IT systems.
• You develop and administer our Microsoft 365 environment with Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online.
• You manage Microsoft-Terminal-Server, Remote-Desktop-Services, and our backup infrastructure based on Veeam Backup & Replication.
• You support users in the 1st- and 2nd-level-support, solve complex IT problems, and steer IT projects in the server and network environment together with internal and external partners.

Qualifikation

• A successful study of computer science, information technology, or communication technology, a comparable IT training (e.g. Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration) or several years of experience in administering IT landscapes in the corporate environment.
• Experience in system integration and operating modern IT infrastructures.
• Safe handling with Microsoft client- and server-operating systems, Linux, and Apple macOS.
• Experience with VMware (ESXi, vCenter), Veeam Backup & Replication, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Fluent German language skills and good English language skills.
• You convince through team spirit, sense of responsibility, and reliable work habits.
• You bring a willingness to learn, the desire for continuous professional development, and an active hands-on mentality.
• You work independently and maintain an overview even in complex IT environments.
