Aufgaben

• Microsoft-Server-Welten: Installation, configuration, and operation of Microsoft-server environments
• Tech Support: Maintenance and support of customer systems (1st and 2nd level), remote and on-site
• Dokumentation: Maintenance of system documentation and operating manuals
• Rechenzentrum: Maintenance of complex systems in our own data center
• Troubleshooting: Error analysis & resolution

Qualifikation

• You have already gathered more than 8 years of experience in IT, particularly in the Microsoft environment (M365, Azure)
• You have a training as an IT specialist (system integration) or a comparable IT study completed
• You have already gained some years of experience in IT (preferably 4+ years), particularly in the Microsoft-Umfeld (M365, Azure)
• Ideal would be if you bring knowledge to SOPHOS Firewalls, Exchange Online, Intune, Entra ID
• Zertifizierungen like AZ-500 or MS-500 are a plus, but not a must
• You are team players and appreciate open communication – Feedback belongs to you
• You have very good German knowledge, good English knowledge, and a self-organized working approach
• You bring practical know-how, curiosity, and drive with. Complex issues are no problem for you – quite the opposite: You love the challenge!
