Buena (funded by Google Ventures) makes everything about real estate as simple and transparent as buying an ETF. We take over property management nationwide and make it digital. In the last three years, with around 25 full-time employees in Berlin, we have become the second-largest property management company in Germany.

About the Role

We are looking for a System Administrator (m/f/d) who will be responsible for our IT and develop it alongside our growth. Every property management company we take over brings new employees, devices, and locations. For this to work, a uniform and secure IT is needed, from the first day of employment to departure.

With us, you will take responsibility from day one. You will start with the IT of our headquarters. In the medium term, your area will grow to include our property management companies with over 500 employees throughout Germany. You will build processes instead of just processing requests and have a say in what our IT looks like.

You will report directly to our Head of Product and be the first point of contact for all IT questions at our headquarters in Berlin.

Responsibilities

You will ensure that our IT in Berlin runs smoothly. In the medium term, you will also support the IT integration of newly acquired property management companies. You will do this together with our external IT partner so that each location meets our standards.

• You will manage our Google Workspace: users, groups, permissions, licenses, and security settings like two-factor authentication.

• You will set up new employees with accounts, laptops, and phones. Upon departure, you will revoke access, secure data, and retrieve devices.

• You will manage all devices in NinjaOne, and Apple devices additionally through the Apple Business Manager.

• You will support our UniFi network in the office and help colleagues on-site.

• You will standardize these processes and document them clearly.

You are a good fit if you

• want to work on-site in our office in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg).

• speak German very well and English well.

• have completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or have a comparable qualification. Relevant practical experience counts just as much.

• have several years of experience in managing Google Workspace.

• are familiar with NinjaOne or comparable software such as Jamf or Intune.

• are familiar with macOS, iOS, and the Apple Business Manager.

• have basic knowledge of network technology, ideally with UniFi.
