You love it when IT projects are successful? As an IT Project Technician, you will be responsible for the technical implementation in exciting customer projects. You will work closely with our team and customers.

Aufgaben

As an IT Support Technician, you are responsible for solving our customers' technical requests.

• You operate complex IT infrastructures for our customers.
• You communicate directly with our customers and address emerging problems.
• In coordination with the system operation, you will make changes to the customer infrastructure independently and document them.
• You document changes to customer environments yourself and ensure the long-term quality of IT solutions.
• You will take a leading role in introducing and commissioning our ITaaS solutions.

You have modern tools like Microsoft 365, ticket, RMM, and documentation systems at your disposal.

• You are a qualified IT specialist with passion for smart IT solutions.
• You find practical solutions.
• Communication with customers is second nature to you - you explain complex matters clearly.
• You have secure German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as good English skills.
