We are looking for an engaged Fibu & ERP Support Specialist (m/w/d), who has fundamental technical knowledge and supports our company in providing excellent support to our customers. We also invite lateral entrants, such as IT managers from SMEs or industry, to apply! Aufgaben

Your tasks:

• 1st- and 2nd-Level-Support for our customers via phone, email, and ticket system
• Analyse and solution of technical and application-related problems in the area of financial accounting
• Support during setup and configuration of our accounting software
• Training and guidance for customers to effectively use the system
• Dokumentation of inquiries, problems, and solutions in our internal system, creation of offers for project requests
• Collaboration with the product and development team to improve software based on customer feedback
• Creation of user manuals, FAQs, and training materials

Qualifikation

Your profile:

• Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification, ideally with a focus on accounting or IT
• Experience in support or customer service, preferably in software or accounting environment
• Fundamental knowledge of financial accounting (e.g. debtors, creditors, DATEV, GoBD)
• Technical understanding and interest in software solutions
• A strong customer orientation, communication skills, and problem-solving competence
• Structured and self-responsible working style
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
