• 1st and 2nd Level Support in Client-Management (O365, M365, AzureAD,…)
• Administration, Support of Clients and Users
• Direct Contact with End-Users at the Service Desk at Customer Locations in Raum München
• Handling a Ticket System and Documentation of Your Activities in the Ticket System
• Installation and Configuration of Hardware and Software Components
• Analyze and Troubleshoot Issues

Your Profile

• You possess a successfully completed training as an IT Specialist (w/m/d) or are a Non-IT Professional (w/m/d) with corresponding experience and motivation
• You have practical experience in IT Support (First- and Second Level), Customer Support, Telephone Support, or User Helpdesk
• You also have enthusiasm – like us - for the Modern Workplace and topics such as Office 365, Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, etc.
• You can confidently handle and document Ticket Systems, such as Jira, ServiceNow, Helpline
• If it's about Incidents and Requests, you always keep a cool head, because you always keep an overview
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking, ideally rounded off with good English language skills Your Profile
• Your working style is characterized by your good technical and analytical abilities
• You are a communication-strong Team Player and are happy to take on new challenges
• You also enjoy independent work and are happy to be on the move
