• 1st and 2nd level support in client management (O365, M365, AzureAD,...)
• Administration, support of clients and users
• Direct contact with end-users at the service desk at customer locations in Southern Germany
• Handling a ticket system and documenting your activities in the ticket system
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software components
• Analysis and resolution of incidents

• You have successfully completed training as a specialist in information technology (m/f/d) or are a career changer (m/f/d) with relevant experience and motivation
• You have practical experience in IT support (first and second level), customer support, telephone support, or user helpdesk
• You are also eager – just like us – about the Modern Workplace and topics such as Office 365, Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, etc.
• You are confident in handling and documenting ticket systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, Helpline
• When it comes to incidents and requests, you always have the overview because you always keep a cool head
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, ideally with good English skills to round off your profile
• With your open and friendly demeanor, our customers always feel comfortable and are happy to receive your help
• Your work style is characterized by your good technical and analytical skills
• You are a communicative team player and enjoy facing new challenges
• Independent work is also not a problem for you. And you enjoy being on the road.
• You have a Class B driver's license and are mobile.
