Your Responsibilities

• 1st Level Support in Client Management (O365, M365, AzureAD, etc.)
• Administration, support of clients and users
• Direct contact with end-users at the Service Desk at customer locations in the Munich area
• Handling a ticketing system and documenting your activities in the ticketing system
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software components
• Analysis and resolution of incidents

• You have successfully completed training as an IT Specialist (m/f/d) or are a career changer (m/f/d) with corresponding experience and motivation
• You have practical experience in IT support (First Level), customer support, telephone support, or user helpdesk
• You are also eager – just like us – for the Modern Workplace and topics such as Office 365, Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, etc.
• You can confidently handle and document ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Helpline
• When it comes to incidents and requests, you always have an overview because you always keep a cool head
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, ideally complemented by good English skills, round off your profile
• Your open and friendly demeanor makes our customers feel comfortable and happy to receive your help
• Your work is characterized by your strong technical and analytical skills
• You are a communicative team player and enjoy taking on new challenges
• Independent work is also not a problem for you. And you enjoy being on the go.
