Aufgaben

As an IT-Supporter in the field of web development, you are the interface between our customers, technology, and content. You ensure that online presences not only shine but also technically function flawlessly. You analyze errors, maintain content, and are the first point of contact when it's urgent or a flash message needs to go online quickly.

• CMS-Support & Content: You build websites in various systems (WordPress, Typo3, FirstSpirit etc.) with, migrate content, and maintain texts and graphics.
• Frontend-Feinschliff: You fine-tune templates using HTML5 and CSS3 and ensure a clean display.
• First & Second Level Support: You classify and process requests in the ticket system and are the friendly voice on the phone for our customers.
• Qualitätssicherung: You test applications thoroughly (Soll-Ist-Vergleiche, Ergonomie-Checks) and document errors meticulously.

Qualifikation

• Technisches Fundament: You are confident in HTML5 and CSS3 and have experience with common content management systems.
• Analytisches Köpfchen: You find errors faster than others and document them accurately.
• Kommunikationstalent: You are empathetic, service-oriented, and don't lose your humor even in hot phases.
• Struktur: You work meticulously, love checklists, and have an eye for quality.
• Sprachgefühl: Your German is excellent (for customer communication) and your English is good enough for technical documentation.
