IT-Supporter/ Service-Manager (m/w/d) - 1407

We are looking for an experienced IT-Supporter (m/w/d) with additional responsibility in the area of Service Management.

The role combines operative on-site support with coordinating tasks to ensure a consistently high service quality across multiple locations.

Tasks

• End-User- and Onsite-Support (1st & 2nd Level)
• Analyse and Troubleshooting of disturbances in the areas of Hardware, Software, and Network
• Self-contained processing and follow-up of Incidents
• Tight cooperation with cross-functional teams
• Support for server-related topics (basic knowledge desired)
• Coordination of GSA-Proximity-Technicians to ensure a smooth operation
• Participation in Service Management (quality control, alignment, operational steering)

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in on-site and end-user support
• Very good knowledge in Troubleshooting of Clients, Peripherals, and Network Infrastructure
• Ideal basic knowledge in the Server environment
• Structured, self-contained, and solution-oriented working style
• Outstanding Service- and Customer Orientation
• Experience in coordinating technicians or small teams is advantageous
• High reliability and flexibility in dynamic operating environments
