We are looking for you to join our team as a member of our Managed Services department at our location Bad Soden. Become part of the thinkRED and support us as an IT-Supporter (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

• IT-Service- und Support for the areas School, University, and Authority on site
• Installation of hardware, applications, and other software on end devices
• Error analysis and elimination, as well as documentation thereof
• Function testing of power supply and internal cabling
• Ticket collection and processing in 1st- and 2nd-level support
• Conducting IT workplace moves

Qualifikation

• SUCCESSFUL completion of an IT-related training or demonstrable experience in a comparable field
• Secure handling of remote software and common operating systems
• Secure knowledge when setting up and connecting end devices to the switch
• Pleasure for IT and special communication skills, enabling others to help with problem-solving through solution-oriented approach
• Outstanding service understanding, team spirit, and composure even in stressful and knotty situations
• Pleasure in working outside and taking care of our customers
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Class B driving license
