IT-Supporter (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Acceptance and processing of support requests (First- and Second-Level-Support)
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
• Care for workplace systems (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices)
• Support in network and server problems
• Performance of regular system updates and maintenance
• Documentation of disturbances and solutions in the ticket system
• Training and support of users on IT-related issues
• Collaboration with external service providers and manufacturers
• Safety management to secure the entire IT infrastructure
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for IT systems
• Support in planning and implementation of IT projects

Qualifikation

• Completed training or study in a relevant field
• Prior practical experience in the above-mentioned field is advantageous
• Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and operating systems
• Familiarity with German (at least C1) and English (at least B1)
• Good communication skills and a well-developed understanding of user needs
• Problem-solving ability and analytical skills
