Aufgaben

• Versatile tasks: From fault diagnosis to solution finding
• You are the first point of contact for our customers and employees
• In-depth training: We offer a comprehensive onboarding program so you can quickly get up to speed. Modern hardware and software are at your disposal, ensuring you're always up-to-date
• Your tasks: Handling and processing support requests via phone, email, and ticket system
• Analyze and solve technical problems and disruptions
• Documented and forwarded complex inquiries to the relevant departments
• Support for installing and configuring hardware and software

Qualifikation

• Very good German language skills on a native speaker level
• A general understanding of IT is an advantage, but can also be learned on the job
• A high degree of communicative, organizational skills and a friendly demeanor
• Absolute reliability and punctuality
• Work commitment is located in Hünfeld
• Home-Office possibilities after consultation
