Tasks

You will take responsibility as IT Supporter (m/w/d)

• Technical support and IT service desk for our customers when using the camera-based AMETRAS software
• Acceptance and processing of support requests via ticket system, phone, remote access or on-site
• IT security monitoring
• Configuration of servers
• Installation of servers at customer sites and installation acceptance
• Creation and maintenance of system documentation
• Analysis and solution of technical errors and complex problem-solving

Qualification

This is what we value

• Degree or study in the IT field, for example as a computer scientist for system integration (m/w/d) or IT systems engineer (m/w/d), or equivalent qualification
• Alternatively, several years of experience in IT support, system engineering, IT operations, or a comparable position
• Newcomers are warmly welcome!
• Good knowledge in the areas of server hardware, Linux (ideally SLES) and network technologies
• Fundamental experience in working with SQL databases
• Experience in installing and configuring IT systems and networks
• Knowledge in handling IP cameras is an advantage
• Structured and solution-oriented work style
• Excellent service and customer orientation, as well as communication skills
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
• Class B driver's license
• Travel readiness (max. 5 days per month)
• Readiness to take on duty shifts
