Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an individual to join the IT team, preferably with a background from a Technical Institute in Informatics, Telecommunications, or equivalent paths, interested in developing practical skills in the area of IT user support and IT infrastructure management.

This position is ideal for those who wish to gain field experience in technical assistance activities, device configuration, and operational support.

Main Activities

• Provide first-level technical support to company users.
• Install, configure, and manage PCs, laptops, smartphones, and peripherals.
• Support the management and maintenance of printers and multifunction devices.
• Collaborate in the management of corporate networks and connectivity.
• Support the configuration and assistance of corporate telephony systems.
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting activities.
• Support the management of assistance tickets and monitor problem resolution.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and technology partners for maintenance and assistance activities.

Requirements

• Technical diploma in Informatics, Telecommunications, or equivalent path (or in progress).
• Interest in IT User Support.
• Basic knowledge of: Windows operating systems; computer networks and connectivity; printing devices; telephony and corporate communication tools; hardware components and diagnostic activities.
• It is a plus to have gained, through studies or experiences, minimal experience in the installation, configuration, or repair of IT devices.
• Fluent knowledge of the English language.

An initial fixed-term contract of 6 months is planned - concrete possibility of permanent employment is offered at the end of the 6 months.
