IT Support / Technical Customer Service

Projektron GmbH develops and sells the web-based project management software BCS. More than 130 employees at five locations in Germany ensure the continuous further development of our software and support for our over 820 customers across Europe.

Starting immediately, we are looking for a full-time employee for our IT Support at our headquarters in Berlin.

Tasks

• Handling of technical inquiries via our ticket system

• Taking over 2nd level support

• Contact with our customers via telephone, conference software, and our ticket system.

• Checking the feasibility of requests

• Mediator between customers, consultants, and development

• Writing XML files for configurations

• Remote installations and updates

• If applicable

• Creation of reports with BIRT

• Support of hosting instances

Qualification

• Very good to good training in computer science or a good university degree

• Sound technical knowledge in the areas:

• Windows or Linux

• XML

• Broad knowledge and interest in IT topics

• Calm demeanor with customers

• Independence and commitment

• Very good German language skills (C1 or higher)

Advantageous:

• Good English language skills

• Knowledge in SQL or BIRT
