IT Support / Technical Customer Support
Job description
The Projektron GmbH develops and markets the web-based project management software Projektron BCS. To support our over 820 customers across Europe and continuously develop our software, more than 130 employees work at five locations in Germany.
We are currently looking for a full-time employee to join our customer IT Support team at our headquarters inBerlin.

Tasks
- Ticket-based technical inquiry support
- Second-level support
- Contact with customers via phone, conference software, and ticket system
- Assessment of request feasibility
- Mediator between customers, consultants, and development teams
- Writing XML files for configurations
- Remote installations and updates
- If necessary
- Report creation using BIRT
- Support for hosting instances
Qualification
- Very good to good education in the field of computer science or a good university degree
- Fundamental technical knowledge in the areas:
- Windows or Linux
- XML
- Broad knowledge and interest in IT topics
- Calm demeanor when dealing with customers
- Self-reliance and willingness to take on tasks
- Very good German language skills (C1 or higher)

- Knowledge of SQL or BIRT
