IT Support Technician (m/f/d) - 1440

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an IT Support Technician (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Processing, prioritizing, and evaluating incoming IT tickets in the area of End User Computing

• Analysis and resolution of technical disruptions in Microsoft 365 and Windows environments

• Troubleshooting in the areas of network, IT infrastructure, and virtualization, especially VMware

• Documentation and tracking of all processes in the Freshservice ticketing system

• Consultation on technical issues and optimization possibilities of the existing IT infrastructure

• Collaboration with other IT specialists on complex disruptions

Qualifications

• Sound experience in End User Computing and IT Support

• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments

• Basic knowledge of Windows Server infrastructures

• Practical experience with virtualization, ideally VMware

• Good understanding of networks and IT infrastructures

• Very good German and good English skills
