Job description

We are looking for experienced IT-Support Technikers (m/w/d) in Frankfurt am Main.

Maintenance of the Walk-In-Center (Stand-in / Bring-in-Kiosk) and provision of support services at the location
First- and Second-Level-Support for users in the area of Windows Client, MS Office, and standard software
Remote-Support for users and technicians
Endpoint and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Staging and image loading as well as managed deployments
Conference room and meeting room support (audio/video equipment, connections etc.)
Asset clearing and documentation in the asset management system
Coordination of hardware repairs with external service providers
Warehousing & logistics for dispatch and remote locations

Experience as an on-site technician or in hard- and software support
Good knowledge of error analysis in Windows Client environments (OnPrem)
Basic knowledge of infrastructure topics (e.g. networks, cabling, patching)
High service orientation, team ability, and proactive action
Very good English skills in word and writing, German or French language skills are advantageous
Readiness to work shifts (including night and weekend) and availability by phone
A driving license must be presented at the start of the project and a work permit must be available
A European driving license will be required
