Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team. This person will be responsible for providing technical support across the organization, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate has experience leading call center support, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining accurate IT asset inventories. Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Troubleshooting ● Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. Manage and maintain accurate IT asset inventories. Ensure smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure. Key Requirements Education and Experience ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field. Certifications and Training ● CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification. ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent. Key Skills and Abilities ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
