IT Support Technician

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our client's team. The position is a permanently based - on-site role, and the role is based in the Midstream area (between Midrand and Centurion). This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about resolving technical issues and delivering excellent user support. Key responsibilities (not to be treated as an exhaustive list):- Provide first-line IT support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions.- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our client's technology infrastructure and systems.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT support.- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as required.- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
