IT Support Technician

Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician for our client, a leading industrial chemicals wholesaler. In this role, the IT Support Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT issues, whether hardware or software-related. You will work closely with the IT Manager to provide timely feedback and solutions within agreed-upon deadlines, ensuring smooth communication and technical support for both internal teams and external stakeholders. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be expected to work a standard 40-hour workweek, with occasional overtime as required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and software applications, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
