In the context of our operations' expansion in Bulgaria, we are looking for a new colleague for the role of IT Support Technician, who will actively contribute to maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure.
📍 It is not necessary to live in Bucharest – the position is 100% remote
✈ Availability for occasional travel to Bulgaria is essential
⏱ Flexible schedule – there may be situations that require rapid interventions

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience of at least 1 year in a similar role (IT support/helpdesk, tech support)
- Basic knowledge of: hardware, networking, POS systems, software applications;
- Bulgarian language skills are mandatory.
- Communication skills and ability to work remotely;
- Proactive attitude, adaptability, and desire for continuous development;
- English language – conversational level;
Job Description
Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support of level 1 to colleagues in stores via phone, email, CRM, and remote access tools;
- Create, administer, and track tickets in CRM;
- Solve problems related to POS systems, peripherals, network or software applications;
- Escalate complex incidents to level 2 or 3 support teams;
- Document all tickets and applied solutions in the internal system;
- Occasionally travel to stores in Bulgaria for direct interventions (maintenance, technical verifications, installations)
- Collaborate with the internal IT team to optimize processes and prevent recurring incidents;
