IT Support & Systems Technician

IT Support & Systems Technician Company: IPDYNAMICS Location: Port Elizabeth Job Type: Full-Time IPDYNAMICS is looking for a skilled and reliable IT Support & Systems Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with solid hands-on IT experience — not entry-level, but also not senior management level. The ideal candidate should be confident troubleshooting, supporting users, working with networks, devices, and systems, and able to work independently when needed. Requirements: • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner; • Knowledge of network protocols and architecture; • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and/or other operating systems; • Experience working with IT service management tools (ITSM) and/or help desk software; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong problem-solving skills; • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively; • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
