QSound SOFT is a Romanian software company that develops exclusively proprietary products, managed internally from idea to implementation at the client, maintenance and post-sales support.

Our products cover diverse domains, from automation solutions for radio stations, audio advertising in bus stops in Cluj-Napoca, ambient music in stores, restaurants, clinics, to technologies for smart homes and home automation.

Job objectives:

• SUPPORT offered to clients for software applications developed by QSound SOFT
• Maintenance and verification of electronic equipment and IT systems;
• Installation and configuration of operating systems, as well as firm applications;
• Testing software for internally developed applications;
• Maintenance of internal infrastructure QSound SOFT (servers, network, accounts)
• Coordination of relationships between users and the development team
• Management of relationships with IT equipment suppliers and specialized technical services providers
• Travel to locations where managed equipment is located, if remote troubleshooting is not possible

Abilities and qualities:

• Knowledge of hardware maintenance, operating system configuration, and other software programs;
• Capacity for planning, control, and organizing activities;
• Able to work in a team;
• Ability to make decisions;
• Responsibility, seriousness, easy adaptability, and proactivity;
• Attention to details;
• Moderate or advanced preparation for the electrician profile;
• Driving license category B;
• A plus having knowledge in automation of buildings or smart homes, IoT technologies: KNX, DALI, ZWAVE, etc

Schedule: 8:30-17:00 with 1h break at noon, Monday-Friday. The job requires occasional phone availability for critical interventions, including weekends, according to internal procedures and respecting labor legislation.
