IT Support / System Engineer (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Counseling and support of our business customers with IT problems - per remote and as needed also on-site in the Rhine-Main region.
• Acceptance, analysis, and independent solution of disturbances in collaboration with the team.
• Monitoring and ensuring the continuous operation of IT systems at our customers' premises.
• Administration and further development of complex IT landscapes (Windows Client/Server, virtualization, storage, network).
• Participation in challenging IT infrastructure projects - from migrations to modernizations around cloud and hybrid environments.
• Careful documentation of your work and results.

Qualifikation

• SUCCESSFUL completion of an IT training program, e.g. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration or a comparable qualification.
• Practical experience in Windows Client/Server environments (e.g. AD, DNS) as well as the operation and administration of complex IT infrastructures.
• Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and common virtualization environments.
• Knowledge of backup solutions (e.g. VEEAM) and their handling and maintenance.
• Desirable: Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, PRTG, VLAN-based networks, and VoIP.
• Structured and analytical working style, high service orientation, and enjoyment of direct customer contact.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor and pleasure in teamwork.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus, but not a requirement.
• Class B driver's license.
• Very good German and good English skills.
