IT-Support Specialist (m/w/d)

We are an established, family-owned IT system house in the Rhine-Main region and have been supporting small and medium-sized enterprises with 50 to over 3,000 employees for many years. Our customers rely on a long-term, partnership-based cooperation and trust us with all questions regarding infrastructure, servers, backup, and Microsoft 365.

Tasks

• 1st-Level-Support / possibly 2nd-Level-Support for our corporate customers via phone, remote, and possibly on-site in the Rhine-Main region.
• Analyzing, prioritizing, and solving issues as well as documenting them in the ticket system.
• Preliminary setup and configuration of PCs, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices including client management (e.g. Intune).
• Collaboration in infrastructure projects, e.g., email, backup, or server topics.

Qualification

• Completed IT training (e.g. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or comparable experience in IT support (at least 1 year).
• Good knowledge of Windows client and server environments, Active Directory, backup, and common virtualization.
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, basic English language skills (mainly written).
• Serviced-oriented, friendly, and communicative personality that enjoys working in a team.
• You work reliably and long-term and would like to develop yourself further.
• You live in the Rhine-Main region or are willing to come to the office regularly.
