Tasks

• Maintenance and administration of client environment (Windows, M365, Baramundi)
• 1st- and 2nd-Level support for users in daily business
• Preliminary preparation, rollout, and onboarding of new employees (including hardware and software)
• Management and maintenance of IT asset management
• Administration of user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
• Management of mobile devices via MDM
• Processing and documentation of support requests in the ticket system (OTRS)
• Support for smaller infrastructure projects and optimization of existing processes
• Closely working with internal IT teams and external service providers

Qualification

• Completed education in the IT field or comparable qualification
• Fundamental knowledge in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Experience with Baramundi and OTRS desirable
• Basic knowledge of Azure AD and Intune advantageous
• First experience in server management advantageous
• Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
• Teamwork, communication strength, and high sense of responsibility
