Your tasks in our team:

• Safeguarding and further development of a smooth IT operation
• Taking on IT problems from our users via ticket system, email or phone, and providing ad-hoc solutions where possible or forwarding to subsequent support teams
• Afetr thorough familiarization, care, and further development of our software and hardware components, provision of solutions & workarounds
• Inventorizing, installing, configuring, delivering, and returning hard- & software

Your profile:

• Completed training as a computer scientist or comparable IT training
• A strong affinity for IT or initial experience in IT support
• Pleasure in daily exchange with colleagues
• You have a desire to learn about IT-specific topics and show a high level of helpfulness, solution-orientation, and service orientation
• In stressful situations, you maintain an overview and possess the necessary finger-tip feel for special situations
• Experience in customer service and/or user support
• A high motivation, self-initiative, and willingness to engage
• A structured and binding work approach
