Job description
For our client, a global leader in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation, we are looking for:
Position: IT Support Specialist with French
Location: Lublin (hybrid model)
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting customers with IT issues so they can get back on track quickly
- Handling phone calls, emails, and chats with a helpful and positive attitude
- Identifying issues and finding effective solutions to reported problems
- Building warm, long-lasting relationships with customers through professional and friendly communication
- Keeping systems up to date with regular, accurate reporting
Requirements:
- Proficiency in French and English
- Experience in technical/IT customer support
- Ability to diagnose and fix basic IT issues
- Strong communication skills
