Team Summary Our team serves as the primary technical and operational hub, responsible for ensuring the reliability of company technology through expert hardware, software, and network support. We manage the full lifecycle of specialized hardware—from inventory management to seamless internal distribution and onboarding. By integrating hands-on technical troubleshooting with precise logistics and asset administration, we maintain high operational stability and efficiency across the entire company. Job Summary IT Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. The IT Support Specialist ensures the reliability and efficiency of our company's technology, directly contributing to employee productivity and overall operational stability. The second function of this role is logistics specialist, which involves handling import and export procedures for devices from various customers. This includes taking inventory of devices and distributing them within the company. They also create purchase orders (POs) to pay for delivery and other logistics services. Responsibilities and Duties Provide first-level contact and technical support for all incoming user requests and issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software incidents, both remotely and in person, to ensure minimal disruption to business operations Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals in accordance with company standards Assist with the IT onboarding process for new hires, ensuring their equipment and accounts are set up and functional from day one Establish communication with delivery suppliers to arrange for the delivery of equipment Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides to assist staff with common issues Escalate complex and unresolved issues to the appropriate senior IT staff or specialized teams Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades to ensure the health and security of the IT environment Inventory management of devices and their distribution within the company Organizing warehouse operations Managing the import and export procedures for devices from various customers Creating purchase orders (POs) for payment of delivery, and other logistics services Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in troubleshooting macOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi) Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and ticketing systems Proficiency in using the service desk (Freshservice) Basic technical knowledge of home security systems (CCTV cameras, alarm systems) Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose issues efficiently A dedicated and empathetic approach to assisting users Ability to collaborate effectively with other IT team members and departments Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize competing demands in a dynamic IT environment Basic scripting skills for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) will be beneficial Fluent Polish and English, spoken and written We offer multiple benefits that include The environment of equal opportunities, transparent and value-based corporate culture, and an individual approach to each team member Competitive salary packages with performance-based annual reviews Opportunity to receive a Performance Bonus for your individual achievements and a Loyalty Bonus recognizing your dedication to the company Employment via Contract of Employment (UoP) in complete alignment with Polish Labour Law Guaranteed paid vacation, public holidays, and medical leaves as per statutory regulations Continuous growth and development opportunities through internal knowledge hubs, corporate courses, and free English classes Comprehensive private medical insurance to supplement your standard NFZ coverage.
