RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our client in Gauteng. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated IT professional to provide support across network infrastructure, server management, software solutions, and security systems. Responsibilities:

Provide specialist IT support for network, server, software, access control, CCTV, and voice & data infrastructure.
Implement and coordinate IT resources efficiently to support business operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
Ensure IT systems are maintained, updated, and secured in compliance with company policies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in planning and decision-making regarding IT solutions and infrastructure.

Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
A+ and N+ certifications (advantageous).
Experience in Office Automation, Network, Software, Access Control, CCTV, and Voice & Data infrastructure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
Professional, well-presented, and able to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
