IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and reliable IT Support Specialist to join our growing remote team​ Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to employees through phone, email, and in-person interactions. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, scanners, and other peripherals. • Collaborate with the IT department to identify and implement solutions for recurring problems. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of frequently asked questions (FAQs) and troubleshooting guides. • Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field. • Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
