IT Support Specialist (Remote)

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail, especially for inventory activities
• Good communication and user orientation skills
• English language - conversational level
• Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian languages is an advantage
• Prior experience in an IT Helpdesk role represents a plus

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support of the first level (phone, email, and ticketing system)
• Identifying and resolving basic IT problems (hardware & software) or escalating them to higher-level support teams
• Configuring and preparing IT equipment (PCs, printers, peripherals, etc.)
• Maintaining a clear inventory of IT equipment at the central office
• Monitoring equipment sent/received for repairs or allocated to employees
• Collaborating with level 2 support teams to resolve complex incidents
• Updating and maintaining incident documentation and archives
