Job description
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our IT team and provide technical support of first level to colleagues within the company. If you are organized, solution-oriented, and enjoy working with people, we welcome you to our team!
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support of first level (phone, email, and ticketing system)
- Identifying and resolving basic IT problems (hardware & software) or escalating them to higher-level support teams
- Configuring and preparing IT equipment (PCs, printers, peripherals etc.)
- Maintaining a clear record of IT equipment at the central office
- Monitoring equipment sent/received for repairs or allocated to employees
- Collaborating with level 2 support teams to resolve complex incidents
- Updating and maintaining documentation and incident archives
Requirements:
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail, especially for inventory activities
- Good communication and user-oriented skills
- Conversational English level
- Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian languages is an advantage
- Prior experience in an IT Helpdesk role is a plus
