IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Job description
Our IT group consists of a five-person in-house IT team working with an external IT service provider. Even though the tasks are diverse and extensive, we always place importance on a friendly and collegial collaboration, whether in-house or external. Respect and trust are the core of our cooperation. Jointly tinkering, rethinking, implementing, and optimizing are our drive and motivation. We passionately observe, evaluate, and implement innovations from the IT world.
Tasks
- Contact person for colleagues, specialist departments, and external service providers regarding IT-relevant topics
- Coordination of external service providers
- Classification and analysis of service requests and incidents
- Project support
- Documentation of the solution path
- Communication between specialist departments, the IT service provider, and the internal IT team for the timely processing of reported service requests and incidents Continuous improvement of the IT landscape
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration, in the field of computer science, business informatics, or a comparable training
- Professional experience in First and Second Level Support
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, and Microsoft software
- Teamwork skills, strong communication skills, conscientiousness, structured and independent work, as well as pronounced service and consulting orientation
- Willingness to work on-site to be a point of contact for colleagues regarding IT topics
