Aufgaben
These exciting tasks await you:
- Processing of IT support tickets from internal and external systems
- Analyzing, resolving, and documenting technical issues
- Supporting users with hardware and software problems
- Collaborating on the implementation of new IT systems and software solutions
- Escalating complex issues to departmental or project teams
- Creating guidelines for independent error correction
Qualifikation
You bring:
- A completed education in the IT sector (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration/Anwendungsentwicklung, IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau) or comparable qualification
- Basic knowledge of network technology, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and standard office applications
- Experience in IT support or helpdesk is desirable
- Service orientation, communication skills, and customer friendliness
- Analytical thinking, structured work style, and problem-solving competence
- Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
- Independent working style and team ability
