IT Support Specialist (m/w/d) - Systemadministration / Koordination (1st/2nd Level)

Our IT group consists of a five-member in-house IT team that works together with an external IT service provider. Although the tasks are diverse and comprehensive, we always place great value on a friendly-collaborative atmosphere, whether in-house or externally. Respect and trust are the core of our cooperation. Joint brainstorming, rethinking, implementing, and optimizing are our driving force and motivation. We passionately observe, evaluate, and implement innovations from the IT world.

Aufgaben

• Contact person for colleagues, departments, and external service providers regarding IT-related topics
• Coordination of external service providers
• Categorization and analysis of service requests and disturbances
• Project management
• Documented solution path
• Communication between departments, the IT service provider, and the internal IT team to ensure timely processing of reported service requests and disturbances
• Ongoing improvement of the IT landscape

Qualifikation

• Completed vocational training as a computer scientist (m/w/d) for system integration, in the field of computer science, business informatics, or a comparable education
• Professional experience in First and Second Level Support
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, and Microsoft software
• Teamwork skills, communication strength, diligence, structured and independent work, and outstanding service-oriented and advisory orientation
• Readiness for on-site activity to be a contact person for IT topics among colleagues
