Tasks

• Completed IT training or at least 3 years of experience in IT support
• In-depth knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and client-server applications
• Experience with ticket systems, VPN, and mobile devices (iOS/Android)
• Fundamental knowledge of network technology and troubleshooting
• Structured, solution-oriented, and service-oriented work style, teamwork, flexibility

Qualification

• IT support for hardware, software, and mobile devices (Windows, Microsoft 365, conference systems)
• Administration of telephone systems, user accounts, and software installations
• Tracking, follow-up, and solution of tickets; escalation to 2nd- and 3rd-level
• Support for IT projects and process optimizations
• Conducting inventories and managing IT accessories
• Closely working with Operations to ensure the ongoing IT operation
